WEEKDAYS: 
*MONDAY-THURSDAY
$120/ HOUR 
(MINIMUM 3 HOURS)
*INCLUDING SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

WEEKENDS:
*FRIDAY&SUNDAY $200/HOUR
*SATURDAY $250/HOUR
(MINIMUM 5 HOURS)
*INCLUDING SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

1st payment: We require 50% of the total event rental fee as down payment to secure the date. (NON-REFUNDABLE)
2nd payment: The remaining 50% of the total event rental fee (Non-refundable) is due the day before the event plus $500 refundable security deposit.
